Anton Schröter je německý lezec spojený především se saským pískovcem a přísnou etikou oblasti Sächsische Schweiz. Do širšího povědomí se dostal v roce 2023, kdy během jediného dne vylezl bez lana dvanáct slavných saských „Meisterwegů“ – historických pískovcových cest s mimořádnou technickou i psychickou náročností. Jeho výkon silně rezonoval v evropské lezecké komunitě a potvrdil ho jako jednu z nejzajímavějších osobností současného pískovcového lezení.

Anton Schröter is a German climber primarily associated with Saxon sandstone climbing and the strict ethics of the Sächsische Schweiz region. He came to wider attention in 2023, when he climbed twelve famous Saxon “Meisterwege” in a single day without a rope — historic sandstone routes of exceptional technical and psychological difficulty. His achievement resonated strongly within the European climbing community and confirmed him as one of the most interesting figures in contemporary sandstone climbing.
